netFORUM enables you to send mass correspondence emails to your committee members by using the communicate icon found on the Committee Profile page.

Communicating with Committee Members

To communicate with committee members, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Committee Profile.
2. Click the communicate icon.The Send Committee Correspondence page appears.
3. Please view the Communicating with a Mailing List help topic for complete details on using the Send Committee Correspondence page.

For communications with over 500 recipients you must create a Call to Action.

The system option, enableSendEmail, must be enabled to send bulk e-mail and confirmation e-mail messages. If this system option is disabled, bulk e-mail messages will not be sent. For security reasons, the default setting for this system option is disabled.
